UPDATE
Of course, my sister walked into the apartment, repaired the sink, vacuumed all our rugs, finished the dishes, did a load of laundry, and finished sending RSVP lists to my mom, all within 15 minutes of being at home. Just reason number 412 of why I have an appointment to view the apartment across the street from her tomorrow. If you can't beat them - join them!

All Shook Up
Wow! My sister just texted me from LA where she was just in an earthquake. According to CNN, it was a 5.8! She said it felt like being on a floating dock. That's the daughter of sailors for you. All is fine, I just thought it was exciting.http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-quake30-2008jul30,0,5345096.story
Much more exciting that the biggest earthquake to hit the UK in 25 years, which I slept through when I was on tour in Dartford this past February. Lame.
